**Our preferred method of communication is through email or this contact us email form. We service so many different time zones that our customer service hours are random and scattered throughout the 24 hour day. We can respond faster by email because the time of day will not matter. Also, because we are an online based company, all online communication gets answered faster than phone messages. We try to answer our phone live as much as possible, but our sales volume has risen so that we cannot always do so. If you have to leave a phone message, please follow up with an email so we can respond to you faster (possibly after business hours).
